About our leads and how to pay:

 
There are 4 types of lead:
 
1/ Survey requests
2/ Requests for a quotation.
3/ Request a telephone call.
4/ Brochure requests.*
 
*With Brochure requests we ask that you email or post your details to the client firstly and wait at least 48 hours before making contact by any other means. This ensures we maintain our integrity and uphold the promises we make to our clients. Failure to abide by these rules will result in us removing your details immediately from our database of recommended installers.

Our leads are thoroughly checked for their suitability and the addresses supplied verified before we ever send you a prospect. Wherever possible we will supply a Google maps link to the location and property.

In the unlikely event a lead supplied to you is unsatisfactory we ask you to contact us within 72 hours (3 days) with full reasons why, we will try to contact the lead again ourselves and if unsuccessful we will happily refund your fee.
 
Commercial leads will incur a higher fee based on the size of installation. We will inform you by email of any commercial leads we receive and their individual prices along with instructions on how to pay.
 
Duplicated leads:
Please inform us immediately if you receive a lead from us that you have previously received from another company providing proof and time of purchase so that we can initiate a full refund. Failure to do so within 60 minutes of receiving our lead will result in an administration charge of 50% being deducted from the purchase price of the lead before the remaining balance is refunded to you.
 
You will be competing for business with up to 3 companies in your region, but never more. If a lead has been purchased 3 times it is removed from our database.

Buy a lead:
To purchase a lead simply click on the "Add to Cart" button and follow the instructions.
NB: Please enter the details of the lead/leads you are purchasing in the
"Instructions to seller"  box before proceeding to make a payment.
